Driving While Intoxicated?
If you have been arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, it is important to request your Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing within 15 days of your arrest. Details on requesting this hearing can be found at the bottom of your Notice of Suspension Temporary Drivers License.
